I’m very tired, I was training in gym for one and half an hour, so I didn’t smoke for this time. To be honest I was very angry (from the withdrawal symptoms), and of course I forgot to bring cigarette with me.. When I realized this, started to run, couldn’t wait to get home and smoke! I sit down immediately (in gym clothes), lighting up a 100s Red Marlboro. OMG how I can miss the nicotine; you can see on my smoking style; I pumping it, taking deep and audible inhales, audible exhales! I finished quickly with that one, I feel that I need more.., so I light up another one. After these 2 cigs finally I feel satisfied..
