Meghan returns as Dr. Feelgood with her patient Mr. Ed. Mr. Ed has deep psychological problems that only Dr. Feelgood can analyze and cure. She has somewhat unconventional methods that include smoking therapy and masturbation. During their “therapy” session, Dr. Feelgood’s friend, Kimberly, drops by and soon is recruited to lend a helping hand. They soon tire of Mr. Ed’s hang-ups and dismiss him to the waiting room. After some chit-chat catch-up, Dr. Feelgood and Kimberly re-ignite their desires as they chain smoke and get rather intimate. Then they change outfits and soon Kimberly is introduced to Dr. Feelgood’s ther*peutic tool. Just when things are about to explode, Dr. Feelgood’s secretary, Mrs. Dogood, aka Ms. Devine, shows up to take charge. Mr. Ed has been secretly watching all of the proceedings and is commanded by all three to relieve his pent-up psychological frustrations. This pushes Kimberly over the edge as well and everyone ends up feeling unburdened. VS 120s, Now 100s and Saratoga 120s are smoked throughout this extended session.
