I recently got back from the doctors because of my frequent chest pains, and they have diagnosed me with mild emphysema.
They wrote me a prescription for an emergency asthma inhaler and a portable oxygen tank for the napping, in the morning, and whenever I have chest pains. This is what smoking has done to me and it is strange that someone as young as me already has a destroyed lungs but I am a heavy smoker and I knew this day would come.
